Ryan was fantastic to communicate with. Bldg was conveniently located to all the activities necessary for our weekend. Underground parking was a big plus. The bed was extremely comfortable. Large dining room table for my husband to work one day during our stay. We could never figure out how to turn on the TV and the stove gave us a a fit since it’s pretty high tech. We are an IT family so we at least did figure out the stove. Instructions for those 2 would be helpful during checkin. A toaster being added to the kitchen appliances would be a big help for those cooking breakfast “in” to save a little money. The grout in main shower needs a little TLC. Either a deep clean or replacement and the sink faucet leaks water but those things did not distract from our stay. Just some tips to keep the apartment in tip top shape. We would definitely stay here again if ever in Gainesville. “The top” was our choice for dinner, “Oak” was our choice for cocktails and the arcade bar was very fun for one evening to relax and do something different.

Positive: The apartment was spacious and had everything, from dishwasher and microwave, to washing machine and drying machine, to weighting scales and a powerful hairdryer. Bed was comfortable and the place felt safe. Perfectly positioned for university campus and for downtown. It also had a lot of natural light with lots of windows. Recommended!
Negative: Nothing.
